Because if we are looking for a beautiful, God-crafted life, we are more likely to see it. We’ll be increasingly awake, aware and alive to the miracles bubbling just beneath the surface of the mundane.

But if we’re looking for courage and character development, to discover our true selves and our calling, or to become intimate with the wild heart of God; we have to learn to walk the wilderness.

And pray that we may be one. I bet you think you know what’s coming next. You’re expecting another “hot take” on the current race conversation aren’t you? Well, we’re not going to go there. 

I want to let him know that I’m not intimidated or beaten down. That I won’t go quietly. This is where worship comes in.
