In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified. 
If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders. 
Something Inked does not guarantee the method of delivery of the goods. The product delivered does not reflect the ideas of Something Inked or its staff.

Lost or missing packages for orders showing a delivered tracking status are not eligible for replacement or refunds. Once a package leaves the fulfillment facility with the carrier delivery is beyond our control. Check with your neighbors and contact your local post office for a GPS location of where and when the package was dropped of.
